EUROITES, along with their parents and teachers celebrated the 8th International Yoga with great fervor.
Under guidance of PTI Tarun Singh Sankhla, the students demonstrated to perfection, the physical construction of the word ‘Yoga’ via various asanas.
A short film, written and directed by Drama Instructor Mr Manohar Singh which was enacted by the students was screened and was highly appreciated by the parents.
Mrs Tej Kanwar Jodha, who has 13 years of experience in Yoga and Sujok Therapy (a healing methodology based on Acupressure), conducted the live training session as per Yoga Protocol.
Ms Dharmishta Prajapat, Yoga and Gymnastics instructor at EIS and 12 Year old Childrens Yoga Instructor Ms Nakshtr Jodha displayed various Yoga asanas with great finesse.
On this occasion various competitions were also organized and after meticulous vetting the winners were declared.

Art Instructor of EIS Ms Vishaka Shekhawat conducted an amazing activity on making paper bags with ‘Yoga’ as the theme.
All these activities were captured digitally by the Dance and Photography Instructor Ms Monika Solanki.
All the participants were welcomed by Ms Neha Mathur, Principal EIS and she emphasized on the need to motivate Gen Z to adopt this all-encompassing practice – of Yoga- in their daily lives as had been done by our ancestors.
A practice which enhances our physical and mental wellbeing.
A great day with great participation celebrated with great enthusiasm.
