Procedure for Student Council Elections:
Leaders of Today, Torchbearers of Tomorrow
The Student Council Elections are conducted to provide students with an opportunity to develop leadership skills, take responsibility, and actively contribute to school life. The Student Council serves as a platform for student representation, collaboration, and the smooth conduct of academic and co-curricular activities.
Student Council Posts & Eligibility
School Head Boy & Head Girl
Number of Positions: 1 Boy & 1 Girl
Eligible Classes: Grade 11–12
Sports Captain
Number of positions: 1 Boy & 1 Girl
Eligible Classes: Grade 9–12
House Captains (4 Houses)
Number of Positions: 1 Student per House
Eligible Classes: Grade 10–12
Junior House Captains
Number of Positions: 1 Student per House
Eligible Classes: Grade 8 Class Prefects
Class Prefects
Number of Positions: 1 Student per Class S

Student Clubs (Leadership Opportunities)
To encourage wider participation and nurture diverse talents, various student clubs are introduced. Each club will have leadership roles and members as follows:
Clubs Offered
1. Literary Club – Writers, debaters, public speakers
2. Hospitality Club – Event planning, hosting, decorum
3. Photography Club – Photography and visual documentation
4. Art & Aesthetics Club – Art, design, and creative decor
5. Wellness Club – Physical health, emotional well-being, mindfulness
6. Eco Club – Sustainability, nature conservation, green practices
7. Science Club – Innovation, experiments, scientific thinking
8. Discipline Club – School discipline and leadership by example
9. Cultural Club – Dance, music, drama, cultural activities
10. Social Media Club – Digital outreach and school content

Procedure
1. Interested students have to fill out the nomination form.
2. A student may apply for only one post.
3. Eligibility criteria for nominees: Minimum 75% attendance till date. No disciplinary record in the previous academic year
4. Campaigning is permitted only for 2 days and must strictly follow school rules.
5. No printouts, wall posters, or distribution of favours are allowed. Only handmade charts and badges may be used.
Election Process
Speeches for major posts are conducted during the morning assembly.
