Overview

Thank you for your interest in Euro International School, Jodhpur! Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. These years are crucial for your child’s growth, and the friendships, values, and experiences they gain at school will help shape their future.

Academic Year

The academic session normally begins in April and ends in March.

Admissions Are Open Year-Round

Admissions are open throughout the year, subject to seat availability. Most new admissions happen before the start of the academic year, so
planning ahead is recommended.

Visit & Enquiry

To begin the admission process:

  • You can visit the school campus and talk with the admissions team.
  • You can also fill out the admission enquiry form online through the official school website.
  • After submitting the form, the school will guide you on the next steps of the process.

At Euro International School, we aim to keep the admission process simple, clear, and stress-free for parents and students.

Step 1: Admission Enquiry

Parents can submit the online enquiry form available on the school website or visit the school admission office directly. Our admission counsellor will connect with you to answer your questions and guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Registration

Parents are requested to visit the school admission office to fill out the registration form.
Please carry:

  • One latest passport-size photograph of the student
  • One passport-size photograph of the parents
  • Self-attested copy of the child’s Birth Certificate

Alternatively, parents may download the registration form online, take a printout, complete it, and submit the hard copy at the school office.

Admission Procedure (Nursery to Class IX)

After the school visit and confirmation from the school office, parents need to submit the completed registration form.
The following documents must be submitted along with the form:

  • Original and one photocopy of the student’s birth certificate. (The original will be returned after verification)
  • Photocopy of the previous year’s report card (for admissions from Class I onwards)
  • A copy of the previous academic year’s report card (applicable for admissions to Class I and above).

Step 3: School Visit & Interaction

Parents and guardians are encouraged to visit the school campus to understand the learning environment, facilities, and values of the school. A meeting with the school leadership may be scheduled by prior appointment through the admission office. Parents can use this opportunity to ask questions and learn more about academics and activities.

Step 4: Form Submission

Parents must ensure that the admission form is completely filled and all required documents are submitted.
If the child needs any special support due to health reasons, parents should inform the school in advance.

Documents Required Along with Registration Form

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of previous year’s Report Card (from Class I onwards)
  • Copy Of Aadhar Card of Father, Mother and Child

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • Proof of promotion to the previous class
  • 4 passport-size photographs of the student
  • 2 passport-size photographs of parents
  • Original Transfer Certificate (from Class I onwards)
  • Proof of residence
  • Photocopies of certificates related to academics, sports, or co-curricular activities (if any)
  • Photocopy of Passport (mandatory for overseas students, if applicable)

Original documents may be required for verification at the time of admission.

Acceptance of Admission

  • Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of seats
  • No formal interview of the child or parent is conducted (till grade II)
  • Selected students must complete the fee payment within the given timeline
  • The school reserves the right to grant admissions, and the decision of the Admission Committee will be final

Once fees and documents are submitted, parents will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter by email or courier with further instructions

Step 5: Payment of Fees

After completing all admission formalities, parents can pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.

After Admission

  • Parents will be informed about the uniform and textbook distribution schedule
  • Class and section allotment will be done at the time of admission
  • The class timetable will be shared by the class teacher
  • Parents must inform the school of the joining date in advance
  • Teachers will help the child adjust and cover the syllabus already taught

Step 6: Parent Orientation Program

A Parent Orientation Program is conducted before the start of the academic session to help parents understand the vision, mission, values, and functioning of the school.

Entrance Assessment

An academic assessment may be conducted from Grade 3 onwards.
